Congratulations on saying yes to putting focus on yourself & we hope that you know that you are loved and supported on your journey, but most importantly heard and seen. We are grateful to have you here, and we will support you how we can, but ultimately the goal is to keep the power in the hands of our clients on their journey.
Our Journey!
In 2018, My Inner Wellness was founded by Brooke, as she had undergone her own personal health journey with Crohnβs disease, and Endometriosis. When she suffered a flare that left her having passing thoughts how she would be okay just letting the suffering all end, she knew it was time to make a change and take control of her life.She turned to alternative methods and was able to obtain remission and heal herself. The physical is only part of her journey, and she uncovered that the physical ailments she battled with were due to undealt with traumas and emotions. As she reconnected to her body, more came to the surface and she realized she had blocked out many things including her intuitive gifts. Which is how she found her purpose in life was to share and help people come back home and connect to their body and soul.

This FDA approved treatment uses far infrared rays, negative ion therapy and the healing properties of pure amethyst for the benefit of a range of health concerns.
Energetic Balancing
1 Hour Session ($111)
Kids 0-10 | 30 min session ($55)
This energetic balancing session will use reiki, which means “universal life force”. The benefits of an energetic balancing session is it allows the body to relax and release tension, while addressing and asking for healing across time and space.

Here is a quick snapshot of me. I have lived my whole life in the beautiful state of Wisconsin (Go PACK Go!). I married the man of my dreams, Kyle, in 2013 and we have 4 beautiful kids.
My goal in this life is to help beautiful souls like yourself to come back home and connect to your highest self. It is important we nourish all parts of our sacred vessel; mind, body and soul. Ever since a child I had experiences with the spirit realm but it was not until my mid-twenties that my passion and connection really blossomed.
