Hi brothers and sisters! I am the Owner of My Inner Wellness, the Co-Founder of The Healing Experience, and also offer 1:1 sessions for beautiful souls like yourself to help guide you back into connection with your body and soul so that you can life life in alignment with your highest and best self. I am very passionate about all layers of the body – mental, emotional, physical & spiritual. 

Through my own personal journey, I learned how important to our health journey it is that we nourish all parts of our sacred vessel; mind, body and soul. Ever since a child I had experiences with the spirit realm, but it was not until my mid-twenties that my passion and connection really blossomed. I went through healing my physical body holistically and through lifestyle changes which, opened up doors to really allow myself to heal mentally & emotionally, heal ancestral traumas, heal from sexual abuse trauma and overcome subconscious beliefs. It has been a journey with highs and lows, trials and tribulations but if there is one thing I have learned over the years; it is you sometimes need to surrender and let go of the how, why and when’s of life and just enjoy the massive soul growth you are going to experience by putting yourself first. 

Your healing journey is one that will flow with what your soul is ready to focus on. We take it step by step and work together so that you can feel safe and supported whether it be physical, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. You are a beautiful soul and as a wellness life coach & intuitive healer, I am here to guide you on your personal journey so that your soul blossoms into realizing that you are able to co-create with our Creator.
